1. General Use

By using our website or services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have permission from a parent/guardian. You agree to use our website and services only for lawful purposes.

2. Training Services

GMG provides in-person training, clinics, online coaching, and related goaltending development services. We reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue any program at any time.

Skill development results vary for each athlete and are not guaranteed.

3. Payment & Registration

• Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed.

• All prices are subject to change.

• You are responsible for providing accurate registration information.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

Unless otherwise stated on specific program pages:

• No-shows are non-refundable.

• Clinic and camp fees are non-refundable, but may be transferred to another participant if approved in advance.

• Private lesson cancellations require 24 hours’ notice for rescheduling. Less than 24 hours may result in a forfeited session.

GMG reserves the right to cancel or reschedule sessions due to ice availability, weather, illness, or other unforeseen circumstances. In these cases, GMG will provide a credit or reschedule as appropriate.

5. Assumption of Risk

Hockey training carries inherent risks. By participating in any GMG session, you acknowledge and accept all risks associated with physical activity, on-ice training, and any injuries that may occur.

Participants (or parents/guardians) agree that GMG and its coaches are not liable for injuries, damages, or losses incurred during training.

A separate waiver may be required for certain programs.

6. Behavior & Conduct

GMG maintains a positive, respectful environment. We reserve the right to remove any athlete or parent for disruptive, unsafe, or disrespectful behavior without refund.

7. Intellectual Property

All photos, videos, logos, website content, and training materials are owned by GMG unless otherwise stated. You may not copy, repost, or reuse content without written permission.

8. Website Content

We work to keep information accurate, but errors may occur. GMG is not responsible for inaccuracies, outdated content, or third-party links.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, GMG is not liable for:

• Injuries or accidents

• Lost or stolen personal belongings

• Errors in scheduling or availability

• Any damages resulting from the use of our website or services

You use our services at your own risk.
